I enjoyed the lobby, it was nice. Employees were cordial and kept it all spotless. The poolside restaurant was good, they served fab food. Beautiful location to an enormous 13th-century-style gothic church.

The staff was helpful and the place was clean. The rooms were well-appointed with comfy beds and lovely breakfasts. Lots of facilities such as: an individual safe, an iron and an electronic key card. The service was very good here.

Our experience here was comfortable. Everything was great, good service, ideal location close to the Empire State Building, Flatiron district and 5th Avenue as well as Lexington Avenue. Immaculate and beautiful room, the bathroom was huge. We enjoyed the natural lighting it had.
